With less milk, coffee stands out and the drink has a low density. The common thing is to take it in a transparent glass cup with the intention that you can perceive the layers: milk, coffee, and foam.

It can also be done with extraction methods such as a coffee maker with drip filter, Chemex, V60, Kalita, French press, Aeropress or Japanese siphon.
The latter are those that leave coffee with a greater amount of caffeine. This happens because there is more time in which it is infused in water.
These drinks can be cut or macchiato style, which in Italian means spotted. This means that milk will have a cutting effect on coffee in a very small amount, just to “stain.”
American Cold And Cold Brew

The cold American is infused in hot water to facilitate the extraction of aromas and flavours, that is, the traditional procedure is followed. The difference is that ice is added and twice the proportion of coffee so that it does not lose flavour.
On the other hand, cold brew is also a cold coffee but the extraction of aromas and flavours is completely different. This is infused in cold water; By not having the effect of temperature, it takes longer to have an adequate concentration.
